Compatible with complex environment with constant temperature and humidity chamber

This test evaluates resistance to vibration and impact to a power device from three axial directions by reproducing the actual usage environment.
Power devices are required to resist vibrations which are generated from driving or other transportation, when they are installed in electric cars or railways.
We can evaluate Al wire breakage and package cracks with specified vibration test conditions.
