Vibration Testing and Testing for In-vehicle Equipment

Thermal Shock Testing, Thermal Shock Testing under temperature variation

Temperature setting is available in the range of −65 °C to +300 °C

For automotive mobility, the situation may change rapidly from high temperature condition at parking to dissipate heat through the wind condition. Also, in the engine room, the temperature may rise sharply when the engine starts from the cold state in winter. In-vehicle equipment must withstand such rapid temperature changes.
Therefore, Thermal Shock Tests are required for in-vehicle devices. Generally, the temperatures are set at −40 °C and +85 °C for low and high conditions respectively for testing. However, if a more severe temperature environment is assumed, we can set low temperatures down to −65 °C and high temperatures up to +300 °C to match your exact requirements. We have the advantage to secure higher thermal shock reliability.
