Cleanliness Material Analysis
We can conduct the quantitative test for regulated substances that are required for green procurement of printed wiring board materials. We evaluate the amount of organic silicon, total anion (chloride ion, bromide ion, fluoride ion, nitrate ion, nitrite ion, sulfate ion, phosphate ion), Cation (ammonium ion), by the FTIR-ATR method, as well as the ion chromatographic method.
Drainage Analysis (Inorganic Elemental Analysis)
We conduct the quantitative test for the regulated inorganic materials in drainage water. We can conduct high precision quantification by using the flame type atomic absorption photometer, and ICP emission spectro-photometer. We can also conduct evaluations on various inorganic elements, such as copper (Cu), and zinc (Zn).
