Vibration Testing and Testing for In-vehicle equipment

Thermal Cycling Testing, Humidity and Thermal Cycling Testing

Temperature setting range -40 °C to +125 °C, humidity setting range 40% RH to 95% RH

Large testing tank with a large capacity of 4.9 cbm

The exposed temperature and humidity conditions for automotive equipment differ depending on the place where it is installed. Although sudden changes in temperature and humidity are rare in the car cabin, the temperature may rise to nearly 80 °C in midsummer on dashboards by solar radiation. Also, in the engine room, the heat of the engine and the radiant heat from the bonnet may exceed 100 °C. On the other hand, outside air fall below the freezing point in midwinter, and the midwinter engine room will be exposed to rapid temperature changes.
In order to confirm that equipment can endure such changes in environmental conditions, Thermal Cycling Testing and Humidity and Thermal Cycling Testing are required.
