Even in the special modules which are difficult to be made by automatic soldering, our skilled and experienced engineers make modules with manual soldering.
We measure the accurate basic performance (I-V characteristic) of PV modules on site. The mobile PV Lab is the first facility in the world which enables to measure the I-V characteristic under STC (Standard Test Conditions) at the PV power generation site. Potential damages can be prevented by avoiding packing and unpacking the module and its long transportation.

■Measuring the I-V Characteristic
By measuring the basic performance character of PV
modules (I-V), we calculate maximum power
output(Pm), short circuit current (Isc), open
circuit voltage (Voc), fill factor(FF) etc.
■Photographing EL images(EL Inspection)
When the reverse current is passed through PV
modules, normal cells radiate the near-infrared.
It is called electro luminescence(EL) of which
image can be shot using a special customized
camera. This inspection enables to find such failures
like micro cracks and junction shunts which might
be missed by visual inspection.
Characteristic of Mobile PV Lab
■Conduct testing at the field of PV power
generation
We visit your required location and evaluate the
basic performance of your PV modules.
■Measuring I-V performance under STC (Standard Test
Conditions)
By measuring I-V under STC which confirms high
reliability, the availability of output could be
determined on site.
■Light source being used is a Class AAA flush
solar simulator specified in IEC 60904-9.
Using a stable lighting similar to sunlight, high
grade reproducible test results are provided.
■A separate large capacity generator is installed
As a large capacity generator is installed to the
facility, testing could be conducted with no extra
power supply required.
■Module mounting and dismounting (additional fee
applied)
Mounting and dismounting modules will be conducted
on demand

■Acceptance Inspection
We conduct an acceptance inspection of PV modules and compares with referred manufacturer's nominal maximum output.
■Regular Inspection
We check the aging degradation of power output. We
confirm if the modules fulfill the output value as
guaranteed by the manufacturer.
■Failure Inspection
We recommend a spot investigation on the site for
any trouble with the modules.
