The Great East Japan Earthquake became a major turning point for us. In the aftermath of a major accident in East Japan and the nuclear power plants that were hit by unprecedented damage, public opinion and political momentum headed towards abandoning nuclear power plant and spreading "renewable energy." Under these circumstances, as an Independent Testing Laboratory, we decided to dedicate ourselves to spread "renewable energy" more safely and efficiently. The starting point was Photovoltaic modules
We would like to be involved in the evaluation of renewable energy technology and would like to keep our mission as a “testing laboratory” for the development of Japan's industry.
In the over forty years since its establishment, Chemitox has formed many excellent managers. We will continue to explore as an Independent Testing Laboratory as a third-party testing organization utilizing our characteristics of each manager to improve and grow as a reliable test laboratory that would be increasingly demanded by society.
