Reliability Evaluation

Reliability Evaluation for PCBs

The advanced functions of electronic devices are evolving and expanding in various fields. From designing products to shipping them as finished products, it takes many steps and a wide variety of tests are conducted at each stage. Those tests include the test to determine product reliability and failure rates. Testing for reliability makes it clear if a product has met its designed goal or whether a product meets the quality requirements demanded by the market.
Chemitox, as a third-party testing organization with ISO/IEC 17025 certification, conduct numerous reliability tests and failure analyses of printed wiring boards and electronic devices. Testing involves general pre-treatment, weathering tests, various electrical tests, and mechanical tests as well as consistent observation and analysis of the data.
