We conduct safety evaluations of various products from an impartial standpoint as a third-party, independent testing laboratory.
Code of Conduct
Based on our Management Principle, we comply with all laws, and regulations and international rules. Furthermore, we act with social wisdom, in accordance with the following seven principles.
1. Provide useful services to society
Understand customer needs and ensure service quality and safety.
2. Fair and, Transparent, Free Trading
While providing testing and
evaluation services to customers, we remember our position as an
Independent Testing Laboratory, which is our corporate policy. Also, we
will take a resolute stance against unhealthy business practices and
conduct fair, transparent and free trade.
3. Management and disclosure of appropriate information
We fully
recognize and properly manage the value and importance of information,
such as personal information from customers and information from
business partners, and will not act to impair its value.
4. Ensuring a comfortable and safe working environment
We promote
work-life balance under the policy of not working excessive overtime
and within a five-day work week, which has been our policy since our
establishment. In addition, we aim to create a clean, safe, cheerful,
lively, and comfortable working environment. We respect the personality
and individuality of our employees and try to maintain a fair working
order while eliminating behavior that causes others to feel
uncomfortable.
5. Addressing environmental issues
Increase our involvement in testing and evaluation related to renewable energy, which is also our general business principle.
6. Coexistence with the community and society
Maintain broad
communication with the community and society and contribute to the
community and society through the development and prosperity of the
company. In addition, we always act with a sincere attitude against
antisocial forces and groups that threaten the order and safety of civil
society.
7. Executives' Responsibilities
Executives and senior staff
recognize their role to realize the spirit of this policy, and will
improve the internal system and take the lead in aiming to achieve it.
In case any event occurs against this policy, the executives will
clarify their responsibilities and investigate the cause for disclosing
information and thoroughly preventing its recurrence.
